Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with preference of Duck Creek platform knowledge to oversee client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the successful delivery of Duck Creek solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with deep expertise in Duck Creek platforms, strong client management skills, and the ability to align business objectives with technical capabilities.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
· Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions using Duck Creek technology.
· Drive client satisfaction through regular interactions, feedback loops, and issue resolution.
· Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality and timely implementation of Duck Creek products.
· Monitor project milestones, risks, and budgets to ensure alignment with client expectations.
· Provide strategic oversight for Duck Creek solution customization, integration, and support.
· Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling Duck Creek services and solutions.
· Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare proposals and present solutions to clients.
· Stay informed of industry trends, competitive offerings and emerging technologies to drive innovation for clients.
· Work closely with technical teams, architect and delivery managers to align project objectives.
· Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance delivery quality and account management skills.
· Define and implement governance models to streamline communication and decision-making processes with clients.
· Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to both clients and internal leadership.
