Job Description

John A Neu Insurance Services, Inc., a thirty-five-year-old family business is dedicated to the highest level of customer service delivered with personal attention to our client’s unique insurance placements through innovative and custom insurance solutions.

You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

  • Provide high customer service satisfaction with ability to understand and explain complex insurance products and policies
  • Manage all aspects of workflow of assigned book of business including but not limited to:

+Market to various carriers to obtain quotes

+Prepare presentations and proposals for clients

+Review policies, contracts to identify deficiencies and determine appropriate level of coverage

+Other duties as assigned

  • Collaborate and invest in process improvements
  • Research, gather and prepare information for special projects

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers:

  • Monthly Closeout of renewals and invoiced items
  • Monthly Core Values Service accomplishments
  • Monthly Utilization of Processes such as policy checking

We do require a valid Property and Casualty Insurance license and prefer the following for this role as well:

  • 3-4 plus years work experience in the insurance industry, particularly in property and casualty insurance
  • Continuing Education courses as appropriate for state licensing requirements
  • Workers Compensation experience (preferred)
  • Technical competence in Microsoft Office and Agency Management System
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills

 

This is a full-time position with standard business hours Monday-Friday. Possibility for hybrid option after 90 days (1-2 days remote). We offer excellent overall benefits including 75% paid medical, 401K, PTO and more.
