ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
LAUNCH is hiring an Account Manager to sit on-site at our customer in Charleston, South Carolina to develop a more engaging relationship. This role will focus on improving our delivery through the way we engage and respond to the needs of our customer. The primary responsibilities of this position are categorized under client management, candidate management, delivery, or as an operational function.
- Client Management:
- Work onsite at client location full-time and participate in strategic client meetings to strengthen partnership.
- Identify opportunities to upsell client on LAUNCH programs (TEAMS, Working Heroes, Global Access, Professional, etc.).
- Create an account saturation strategy which includes penetrating into new departments and establishing new manager contacts and relationships.
- Develop and implement a strong strategy that leads to increased headcount and revenue for LAUNCH.
- Host quarterly Scorecard reviews with the LAUNCH Commercial Team.
- Create an account saturation strategy which includes partnership with new site locations, departments, and establishing new manager contacts.
- Build and maintain a client tickler system in LAUNCH’s CRM to ensure all key points of contact are being serviced at the assigned customer(s).
- Follow clients on all social media pages to identify additional opportunities for LAUNCH.
- Candidate Management (Recruiting):
- Review submittals to ensure applications meet our clients’ hiring criteria while addressing red flags (gaps in employment, term codes, etc.).
- Formally present submittals, coordinate interviews, solicit feedback, and extend job offers.
- Increase the probability of client approvals by highlighting candidate qualifications directly with decision-maker.
- Oversee and administer LAUNCH Tracking reports.
- Administer reporting instructions and confirm start details for our technicians.
- Request performance feedback on our employed technicians to improve retention.
- Address off-payroll trends.
- Reconfirm tracking prior to candidate starting assignment.
- Participate in orientation and indoc processing for new hires.
- Coach contractors on attendance/performance/attitude/behavior via weekly check-ins.
- Assist with out-processing candidates upon termination of assignment
- Document all aspects of the candidate management process within Bullhorn.
- Delivery:
- Adhere to the Premium Requisition Consultation process to accept, qualify, communicate, and manage client’s business needs.
- Requalify outstanding requirements while testing the job description to increase candidate submissions (market analysis, challenge airframes, YOE, etc.).
- Ensure the pay, bill, bonus, sick, training, and double time rates are accurate in ATS.
- Calculate pay rate breakdown and expense reimbursement based on the billing rate, geographic area, and our internal rate standardization policy by using the LAUNCH pricing calculator.
- Updating job orders as new information is uncovered.
- Address aging submittals to obtain client feedback.
- Proactively present candidates where we do not have an opening based on the candidate’s experience and interests.
- Close orders based on client’s needs, responsiveness, or fulfillment capabilities.
- Accountable for the overall accuracy and QC of assigned weekly starts (start report).
- Host client REQ meetings with decision-makers and end-users.
- Operations (Corporate)
- Recommend the allocation of recruiting resources to meet customer demands.
- Focus on improving client recruiting efficiency ratios by managing sub-to-offer, offer-to-hire, and sub-to-start %’s.
- Assist with any HR, safety, payroll, or compliance related incident.

MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of Sales or Account Management Experience
- 5+ years of experience in CRM/ATS systems (Bullhorn Preferred)
- 5+ years of working for a 3rd Party Staffing Organization (Recruiting or Sales Preferred)
- Previous experience working in Aviation/Aerospace is Preferred.
