Position Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position provides administrative and clerical support to multiple teams, helping ensure efficient day-to-day office operations. This part-time role is based in our Lakewood office and requires on-site work three days per week. The Candidate’s home address located within a HUBZone is preferred (check link below).
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
· Welcome and assist office visitors.
· Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and shipments.
· Manage office supplies and orders, water delivery, shredding bin, etc.
· Maintain and track office inventory such as computer equipment, office keys, parking permits, etc.
· Schedule meetings and manage office calendar for shared spaces.
· Provide administrative support to employees as needed.
· Assist with processing expense reports.
· Support general office operations to ensure efficiency and workflow.
· Plan work gatherings, lunches, and end of year events.
Job Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED required, and 0-3 years of administrative support experience.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe), including Microsoft Teams and calendar management.
· Accurate typing skills of 40 words per minute (WPM) or higher with strong attention to detail.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional customer service demeanor.
· Comfortable learning and using new software and web-based applications.
