Overnight Adult Family Home Caregiver

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus!!

Our Adult Family Home Caregivers have the privilege of working directly with our amazing residents, teaching them life skills and supporting them in living their best lives.

What's the job all about?

You'll work hands-on with our residents to teach important life skills like independent living, social skills, community integration, and behavior modification. Expect lots of action, laughs, and teamwork as you participate in fun activities like community outings, cooking together, and so much more! Every day is different, and your efforts will directly impact our residents' happiness and success.

Your Schedule:

Tuesday - Friday, 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM

• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus at 6 months, and another $1,500 at 12 months ! (That's a $3,000 bonus in total! )

What we're looking for in you:

• Heart and energy to inspire and support our residents as they grow and thrive.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
• A valid driver's license.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Be a role model and supervise residents in the group home.
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, teeth brushing, etc.).
• Administer medications and transport residents to exciting activities outside the home.
• Prep meals and teach residents how to cook and enjoy food.
• Use your problem-solving skills with crisis management techniques like de-escalation, redirection, and giving residents space when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old .
