Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Mobile Notary to work in the U.S. only. CATEGORY: Custody Agreement JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen. OVERVIEW: In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that custody agreements are properly executed and documented, providing peace of mind to families during challenging times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Conduct remote notarizations for custody agreements and related legal documents via secure video conferencing platforms. Verify the identities of parties involved in custody agreements to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Thoroughly review custody agreements to ensure they are complete and accurate before notarization. Accurately notarize documents in adherence to state-specific regulations and company standards. Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, guiding them through the notarization process. Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, adhering to data privacy and confidentiality standards. Stay updated on custody laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant notarizations. Coordinate and schedule remote notarization appointments. Handle any technical or procedural challenges that may arise during the remote notarization process.

ESSENTIAL PROFILE:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Prior experience in notarizing custody agreements or legal documents related to family law. Familiarity with custody laws, regulations, and procedures, as well as legal terminology. Proficiency in using secure video conferencing platforms for remote notarizations. Excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with sensitive and emotional matters. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review and notarization. Empathetic and professional demeanor, with the ability to provide support to clients during challenging times. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, secure and reliable Internet connection, along with a professional home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
