Contract Duration: 12 Months + extensions/conversion What You Will Be Doing Lead complex transformation initiatives which enable all Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) technology change areas to align with CIB Product and Agile Guidelines Help the CIB Product Transformation Team learn from our active transformation efforts and maintain/update our CIB Product and Agile Guidelines Help the CIB Product Transformation Team develop, document, and communicate tool (Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, etc.) innovations which enable our CIB transformed products to increase effectiveness Aid in the development of the future CIB Product Enablement “target state” team and capability structure Support and advise CIB leaders on the proper target state product structure/purpose Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of Agile Coach/Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Strong Atlassian Tool Suite Experience. Time working within or administrating an organizations Atlassian Tools Suite environment. Strong presentation skills - lead training sessions with a diverse and senior set of stakeholders. Strong writing skills - take “on the ground” training learnings and turn them into documented best practices. Overall presentation skills and writing skills.
