Scrum masters who want to become coaches should be mentored. Assist scrum masters with meeting preparation, such as pre planning and scheduling, planning, daily scrum, and review. Scrum and Kanban are two of the most popular Agile methodologies, and managers should be trained in their applications. Educate managers on dealing with any cultural shifts the project may cause. Counselling and evaluating agile frameworks. Thinking of new ways to form contracts with customers. Oversee quality assurance processes: ensuring adherence to coding standards, implementation of best practices and perform value creation and KM activities. Ensure process improvement and compliance, participate in technical design discussion and review technical documents. Create project plans and keep track of schedule for on-time delivery as per defined quality standards. Work closely with the development team, on-site engineers to understand technical requirements and address/resolve technical issues.
