- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Manage project schedules effectively to meet deadlines.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for tracking project progress.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare and review construction estimates to ensure accurate budgeting.
- Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
Skills - Proven experience in project coordination within the agricultural bin industry.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
- Experience using construction management software such as ProCore is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction estimating practices and principles.
- Ability to create detailed project schedules that align with overall project goals.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership capabilities to guide teams towards successful project outcomes.
