Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage project schedules effectively to meet deadlines.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for tracking project progress.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review construction estimates to ensure accurate budgeting.
• Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders regarding project status and updates.

Skills

• Proven experience in project coordination within the agricultural bin industry.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
• Experience using construction management software such as ProCore is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction estimating practices and principles.
• Ability to create detailed project schedules that align with overall project goals.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong leadership capabilities to guide teams towards successful project outcomes.
• Overstanding of agricultural bin design
