Part-Time Andare Restaurant Server & Bartender !
Andare Kitchen & Bar delivers our guests a quick and efficient Italian-themed dining experience, while providing an environment that is upscale yet casual.
Andare Restaurant Servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences.The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings.A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes.Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.While the base position will be as an Andare Restaurant Server, this position will also have the opportunity to work as a member of our Andare Bartending team, and could be scheduled as either a Bartender or Server.
The hourly rate for this position is $16.28 to $16.61. This position starts at $16.28/hour. This position also has an established rate for server colleagues who have remained in this position for four years, which is currently $16.61. When scheduled as an Andare Bartender, the hourly rate for that position will be $18.40/hour. This position earns additional compensation from gratuities and tips given at the guest's discretion to the Andare serving team, as well as service charges on applicable orders.
