Position Overview – Appraisal Coordinator (New Role):

We're excited to introduce a new position on our team: Appraisal Coordinator . This role is designed to streamline operations and reduce friction between multiple appraisal ordering platforms and our centralized system, Connect (by ValueLink) .

We receive a steady flow of appraisal requests from various ordering systems. Your primary responsibility will be to quickly and accurately input data into and out of Connect, making it the single point of access for our appraisers. This enables our appraisal staff to focus solely on one platform, while you manage the system complexity behind the scenes without delay.

Because this is a new role, we’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment . A high typing speed , strong computer skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly are essential.

As you grow into the role, you'll also be trusted to accept straightforward assignments on behalf of our appraisers and route complex requests for their quick review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and enter appraisal orders into our internal system (Connect by ValueLink)

  • Assign appraisal orders to staff or panel appraisers based on availability and location

  • Track the progress of active orders to ensure timely completion

  • Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, order status, and delivery timelines

  • Review completed reports for basic accuracy and completeness before delivery

  • Resolve routine client or appraiser issues with professionalism and urgency

  • Maintain accurate and organized digital records and documentation

  • Support administrative tasks to keep projects and workflows running smoothly

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in real estate, mortgage, appraisal, or title is required

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proven ability to problem-solve in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

  • Familiarity with appraisal processes and terminology is a plus

  • Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills are essential

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salaried compensation with base + commission earnings

  • Full-time schedule with consistent onsite work in Herriman, UT

  • Supportive, team-oriented work culture

  • Opportunities for growth within the company

  • Paid time off and company-observed holidays

  • Health benefits available after introductory period

Interested?
If you're reliable, proactive, and take pride in delivering great service, we’d love to talk. Join a growing appraisal firm that values quality, teamwork, and a job well done.
