Job Title: General Warehouse Worker
Job DescriptionCandidates will be performing the first assembly of high-end office furniture. Job duties include using various hand and power tools to build and assemble wood products. Candidates must be able to operate table saws, band saws, miter saws, hand and power tools, and read blueprints.
ResponsibilitiesFamily-operated company with numerous opportunities for growth. A comprehensive 30-60 day training plan with a designated trainer and mentor. Merit pay increases based on efficiencies and skills learned. Employees receive company swag during the first week and free lunch on the Friday of the first week. The company hosts the best holiday party around.
Work EnvironmentNewly built Milling department with excellent ventilation and lighting. Equipped with new tools and equipment. The manufacturing process is highly organized. Dress code includes steel-toed boots, safety glasses (provided), and hearing protection (provided). Employees can wear jeans or shorts during the summer.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stewartville, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
