Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year
A bit about us:
Based in Pittsburgh, we are an established and growing GC that specializes in commercial and multifamily construction. This includes both ground-up and renovations, with most of our work being in the local market and our projects typically ranging from $5-75M in value size.
Due to growth, we are hiring an Assistant Project Manager. We are willing to relocate candidates for this position and will provide assistance as well.

Job Details
MUST HAVE
+ Experience as an APM, PE, or in a similar role at a GC
+ Experience with commercial or multifamily construction
NICE TO HAVE
+ Experience with ground-up
+ ProCore or similar construction management software
