Job Details
A growing law firm with multiple offices across the Southwest seeks an experienced attorney to handle construction and business-related legal matters, both litigation and transactional. This role will involve extensive litigation practice, with a preference for candidates experienced with insurance clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent design professionals, contractors, manufacturers, and owners in complex construction-related cases.
Handle litigation, mediation, arbitration, and trial work involving multi-million dollar projects, catastrophic injuries, and public works cases.
Draft and negotiate contracts for major construction projects.
Provide claims assistance throughout project design and construction.
Collaborate closely with clients and insurance carriers.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in construction law, litigation, and contract negotiation preferred.
Preferred experience working with insurance clients.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in California.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
