About the Company:

Unbundled Attorney is a client generation platform on a mission to transform the affordability and accessibility of legal services across North America.

We have a national network of 500+ Family, Criminal, Immigration, Estate Planning/Probate, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Traffic, Landlord / Tenant attorneys across the United States that utilize our services to help them grow their law practices.

Each attorney we work with provides both "unbundled" or "limited scope" legal services, as well as affordable payment plans for full representation, in an effort to provide legal help to lower and middle income families in an affordable way, while building a highly profitable practice.

In order to help ensure the success of each of our Unbundled Attorneys and to make sure they are a good fit to work with our clients, we connect them with an Attorney Consultant who is responsible for educating them on the business model we've developed over the last 15 years. 

This ensures there is alignment between the practitioner and the education we provide to the clients that are seeking legal help. Once there is alignment on the business model and the pricing and terms are agreed upon, the Attorney Consultant enrolls the new Unbundled Attorney into our services to begin receiving clients.

We are currently looking to hire 1-2 additional Attorney Consultants for this role within the next 2-4 weeks.

Job Title: Attorney Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Educate potential Unbundled Attorneys about the unique business model our attorneys have developed over the last 15 years so they can learn how to be consistently retained by the clients we send them and generate a profitable return on their advertising investment
• Be familiar with modern legal technology tools that attorneys can leverage to deliver legal services in a highly efficient, cost-effective, and profitable manner
• Guide attorneys through the details of our service, including explaining the pricing per client, sharing insights on where we source our clients, and addressing all questions they have to ensure full understanding and confidence in our partnership
• Assess alignment between the attorney’s goals and our service model, ensuring a strong fit that benefits both the attorney and the clients they’ll serve
• Facilitate the enrollment process for attorneys to begin receiving clients and supporting their onboarding into the Unbundled Attorney network

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with a Bar Association in the United States
• Must have private practice experience in at least ONE of the following areas of law: Family, Criminal, Immigration, Estate Planning/Probate, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Traffic, Landlord / Tenant
• Must be highly proficient and capable on a computer and using applications like Zoom, Microsoft Office or Mac equivalent, Slack, Digital Calendars, etc
• Exceptional communication, active listening and natural capability to build relationships and empower others to take action
• Must have a genuine interest in educating our attorneys and helping them learn how to build highly profitable law practices through providing affordable legal services to lower and middle income families
• Understand the importance of shifting access to justice in North America, and be excited about being part of a mission driven company that is committed to achieving this aim.

Job Type:

• Independent contractor role (Expected commitment of 35-40 hours per week)
• This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position. This means you can work from anywhere in the USA, or around the world

Compensation:

• Starting Base Compensation is $4,500 per month for the first 30 days, then $5,000 per month from there
• Attorney Sales Agents also receive bonus compensation for each attorney you successfully enroll in the network
• This will typically range from an additional $2,000 to $5,000 per month depending on the number of Unbundled Attorneys you bring on board each month
