We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our CPA firm and oversee GAAP-based audit engagements. This role is designed for a seasoned audit professional who can manage engagements from planning through issuance, provide technical guidance, and mentor audit staff while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Execute, review and manage GAAP audit engagements from planning through report issuance
• Prepare and review GAAP financial statements and related disclosures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for audit clients.
• Evaluate accounting and auditing issues and ensure proper GAAP application.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, firm policies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting  and Certified Public Accountant License
• 7+ years of public accounting experience with a strong GAAP audit background
• Prior experience managing audit engagements and supervising staff
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively

Compensation and benefits:

• Competitive compensation commensurate with experience ranging from $130,000 - $160,000.
• Paid PTO, employer paid retirement plan, and  100% paid health, vision and dental insurance for the employee.
• Office is located in Scottsdale, with a hybrid work environment
