Collision Front End Estimator

We need to hire a Front-End Collision Es timator, with excellent customer service skills, to inspect accident-related damaged vehicles, write a cost estimate of parts and labor needed to repair/restore to pre-loss condition, and more.

Responsibilities - Collision Front End Estimator:

• Inspect and assess auto body collision-related damage, write a cost estimate of parts and labor needed to repair and restore it to pre-loss condition, and review it with the customer.
• Communicate with the insurance company regarding the claim.
• Collaborate with customers, insurance reps, and internal teams.
• Follow repair jobs through the entire process, keep the customer updated, and quality control vehicle for final delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the repair process

Qualifications - Collision Front End Estimator:

• Collision Estimator experience is not necessary
• Excellent customer service skills are required
• Good communication and computer skills
• Experience with industry standard software is a plus
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and techniques is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A team participant with a good work ethic and positive attitude
• Organized and pays attention to details 
• High school diploma or equivalent
