Job Description

Job Title : AWS Solutions Architect

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, architect, and implement scalable and cost-effective solutions on AWS
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Define cloud architecture and infrastructure for applications, databases, and networking
Provide expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and more
Ensure cloud solutions are secure, reliable, and compliant with industry standards and best practices
Optimize cloud resources to ensure efficiency, high performance, and cost management
Develop and enforce cloud governance policies, including security and operational standards
Conduct cloud readiness assessments, migrations, and performance tuning
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and DevOps teams
Stay up to date with AWS features and continuously recommend improvements to cloud infrastructure

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience in cloud architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AWS
Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, and IAM
Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions
Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform)
Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices, including encryption, access control, and compliance
Experience with monitoring and optimization tools (e.g., CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Trusted Advisor)
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
