Key Qualifications:

• Currently residing in Canada
• 1–2 years of experience as a baker or similar roles
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for quality

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and mix doughs, batters, and frostings for a wide range of baked goods, including breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and pastries
• Bake, decorate, and present all products to a high standard of taste and appearance
• Maintain consistent product quality, following established recipes and customer-specific orders
• Develop production schedules based on demand forecasts to ensure inventory readiness
• Manage the procurement of baking supplies and ingredients to maintain efficient operations
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Oversee the merchandising and presentation of baked items to enhance sales
