Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative If you have previous experience in a call center environment and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
-Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.
-Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
-Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications:
-Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
-Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
-Strong communication and problem solving skills.
