Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced Bilingual Notary Signing Agents to join our team. As a Bilingual Notary Signing Agent, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the signing of important legal documents for our diverse clientele. This role requires fluency in both English and another language commonly spoken in Missouri, such as Spanish ,  Marshallese , German, French, Mandarin, or any other languages. 

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting notarial acts in accordance with state laws and regulations.
2. Traveling to clients' locations, including homes, offices, hospitals, and other designated meeting places.
3. Verifying the identity of signers and ensuring their understanding of the documents being signed.
4. Witnessing the signing of various legal documents, including but not limited to loan documents, real estate transactions, powers of attorney, and affidavits.
5. Providing explanations and clarifications to clients regarding the contents of the documents, as needed.
6. Ensuring all documents are properly executed, signed, dated, and notarized according to legal requirements.
7. Maintaining accurate records of notarial acts performed, including journal entries and copies of documents.
8. Upholding strict confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
9. Collaborating with team members to schedule appointments and manage workload efficiently.
10. Adhering to ethical standards and professional conduct at all times.

Requirements:

1. Current commission as a Notary Public in the state of Missouri.
2. Fluency in English and proficiency in another language
3. Previous experience as a Notary Signing Agent preferred, but not required.
4. Strong understanding of notarial laws, regulations, and procedures.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
7. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
8. Remote On-line Notary (RON) is a plus.
9. Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and notarization.
10. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
11. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
