JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Bilingual Overnight Customer Service Representative

Location: 1440 Goodyear Dr El Paso TX

Terms: Full-time, Onsite, Bilingual Certification Required At Time Of Interview; Overnight Shift Availability, & must live within 25 miles of our location. 6 months customer service experience required

Pay: $20/hr $1,000 new hire bonus October-November

Job Summary

As part of Team Alorica, you'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
• Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Maintain and update customer information as necessary
• Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services

QUALIFICATIONS

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED 
• Customer service experience required
• Strong computer navigational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional listening/comprehension skills
• Professional and courteous 
• Customer oriented 
• Bilingual certification English/Spanish
• Ability to work overnight shifts

Work Environment

• Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment
• Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems

Physical Demands

• Constant sedentary work (sitting long periods of time)
• Overnight Working Hours
