Billing Coordinator – Miami

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our Miami office. This is a full-time, on-site role with a salary of $50,000 – $60,000.

Responsibilities
• Process and review monthly client billing for accuracy
• Generate final bills and manage write-offs per policy
• Maintain client and matter rates
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve billing issues
• Participate in special projects and initiatives

Qualifications
• 5+ years legal billing experience
• Proficient in legal billing software and eBilling portals
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Word and Excel
