Job Description
We’re currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our microgreen team! You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate records of business expenses and tax-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage weekly accounts receivable and invoice processing
Record and track business expenses
Maintain proper records for tax and reporting purposes
Gather and input primary financial data for accounting records
Verify the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and general administrative duties
Qualifications:
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or customer service
Basic understanding of GAAP principles
Proficiency in Excel and general computer literacy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
