Breakfast/Event Server/Setup AC Hotel by Marriott - Bridgewater, NJ Wage Range: $15.00 + Tips
Summary of Position You will elevate our guests' mornings, evenings, and events with your smile and energy. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will play an essential role in
setting up, servicing, and breaking down breakfast and banquet spaces to ensure seamless and memorable experiences for every guest.
As a Server, you will: - Set up and break down banquet and event spaces , including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and service stations according to event orders and brand standards
- Prepare and maintain breakfast and event areas , ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness for service
- Assist with food and beverage setup, service, and cleanup for meetings, social events, and daily breakfast offerings
- Communicate closely with the kitchen and event teams to ensure timely and accurate service
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor
- Demonstrate a true desire to satisfy the needs of others and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Complete prep duties to set up the next day's team for success
- Perform additional tasks as assigned

Keys to Success - A great attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Customer service experience required, preferably in a hotel or event setting
- Ability to lift, move, and set up banquet equipment safely
- Must have the ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously
