Description

Must create new drawings/blueprints and update existing blueprints and drawings in CAD software based on customer requirements and specifications.

Essential Job Functions:

• Able to create 3-D models based on customer's drawings and then use those 3-D models to create drawings for in-house manufacturing or blank manufacturing
• Able to create 3-D models and drawings for complex tooling as needed

Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Train others as needed

Environmental Conditions:

• Noise intensity level exposed with this job Moderate

Qualifications

• Experience in Auto CAD and Inventor
• Drafting skills
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Excellent comprehension of mathematics (including geometry)
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift/carry Less than 10 pounds

(upward pulling)

• Stooping Not Required

(bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist, requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles)

• Reaching Occasionally

(extending hands and arms in any direction including upward and downward)

• Walking Occasionally
