 What you’ll be doing

1. Design and plan cake decorations for events such as weddings, birthdays, and special occasions.
2. Bake or prepare cake layers by leveling, stacking, and adding fillings as needed.
3. Apply icing, frosting, and fondant using techniques like piping, smoothing, and airbrushing.
4. Create custom edible decorations such as flowers, figurines, and lettering from fondant, gum paste, or chocolate.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following proper food safety and hygiene standards.

Job Type

1. Full time
2. Work hours 5:30AM - 2:00PM
3. No Sunday hours
4. Work rotating schedules including some weekends and holidays
5. On-the-job training provided
