Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our inbound and outbound call center team. This role will oversee daily operations, coach and develop call center representatives, and ensure our customers receive the highest level of service. The Call Center Manager will also be responsible for hitting performance metrics, driving efficiency, and fostering a positive team culture that aligns with Bardi’s core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily call center operations, including scheduling, staffing, and performance oversight.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to consistently achieve service and sales goals.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), call metrics, and quality standards to ensure optimal efficiency.

  • Implement training programs and ongoing development for the call center team.

  • Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and urgency.

  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to improve processes and customer experience.

  • Report on performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

  • Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of call center management or leadership experience (service industry experience preferred).

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

  • Proficient in call center software, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.

  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs and improving customer experience.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
