We are seeking a Campus Development Director. The Campus Development Director will be responsible for leading and managing the development of our iconic campus buildings at key global sites. This role requires a strategic visionary with extensive experience in campus development, architecture, construction management, and project leadership. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and local communities as required to achieve NVIDIA's vision for the creation of innovative and iconic buildings!

What you'll be doing:

  1. Develop a comprehensive campus development strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and development priority.
  2. Identify criteria for campus development in each key site location, and assess their potential impact on business operations and development timing.
  3. Lead all phases of campus development projects, from initial conceptualization through site selection, design, construction, and eventual occupancy.
  4. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other external partners to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  5. Provide mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  6. Foster relationships with local authorities, regulatory agencies, community organizations, and other partners to ensure compliance and gain support for development initiatives.
  7. Facilitate community engagement efforts to gather input and address concerns related to development activities.
  8. Ensure all development projects align with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
  9. Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring that all developments are cost-effective and delivered within financial parameters.
  10. Allocate resources effectively and optimize the use of personnel and materials across multiple projects.
  11. Establish key performance indicators to measure project success and project impact on the organization’s objectives.
  12. Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership detailing project progress, challenges, and achievements.

What We Need To See:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, urban planning, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. 12+ overall years of experience in campus development, project management, or real estate development, with a proven track record of overseeing complex construction projects.
  3. 4+ years of leadership experience.
  4. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction practices, and sustainable development techniques.
  5. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  6. Proficient in project management software, budgeting tools, and other relevant technologies.
  7. Ability to travel internationally as needed to oversee global projects and collaborate with international partners.

The base salary range is 232,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
