Reporting Relationship : This position will report to the Director of Engagement Job brief: We are looking for a driven fundraising professional to support a ministry intent on impacting some of the world’s Most Vulnerable People – the real MVPs. The Capital Campaign Fundraiser will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing fundraising efforts for a multi-million-dollar capital campaign and other major gift opportunities to grow the ministry. This individual will cultivate relationships with major donors, corporations, foundations, and community stakeholders to secure transformational gifts that will enable the Tim Tebow Foundation to fulfill its mission. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in nonprofit fundraising, capital campaigns, and major gift solicitation. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive capital campaign strategy, including donor prospecting, solicitation, and stewardship Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic foundations on behalf of the Tim Tebow Foundation and its ministries Work closely with executive leadership, board members, and related team members to develop and execute fundraising strategies Manage campaign-related events, donor meetings, and presentations to engage and inspire potential funders Create compelling fundraising materials, proposals, and reports to communicate campaign goals and progress Track donor engagement, pledges, and campaign milestones, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up Manage all aspects of the donor portfolio, from identification and cultivation to solicitation and stewardship Maintain relationships with donors (“giving family”) to communicate the ongoing impact they’re making through their gift Oversee fundraising campaign budget and ensure financial goals are met Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in donor interactions Collaborate with other departments to leverage all resources to meet performance metrics Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, communications, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, with a strong background in capital campaigns and major gifts Proven ability to secure six- and seven-figure gifts from high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and foundations Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through Experience using donor management software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Virtuous, or similar) Passion for the mission of the Tim Tebow Foundation and a commitment to ethical fundraising practices Ability to travel as needed for donor meetings and campaign-related events #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech9
