We are seeking to hire Certified Home Health Aides - LIVE IN to become a part of our Awesome team! You will provide routine healthcare to clients in their home in Ocean Twp, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status.
• Provide care at the direction of the registered nurse.
• Assist with exceptional care in the activities of daily living and personal care including:
• Activities of Daily Living could include: Bathing, Toileting, Hygiene care, Dressing, Feeding, Exercises, Medication reminders, etc. These responsibilities will vary based on the client's Plan of Care.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to understand, read and write English
