About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for the CTO. This critical role is a strategic and operational position that involves acting as a right-hand to the CTO, enabling the successful execution of the technology strategy. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for strategic planning and execution, driving key initiatives, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. Operational management tasks include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CTO's office, serving as a point of contact for stakeholders, and managing the budget for the technology department. The successful candidate will also be involved in cross-functional leadership, advisory and support to the CTO, and team leadership and development. Candidates for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and 5-10 years of experience in a leadership or strategic role within technology, operations, or consulting. The role requires a strong understanding of technology trends and their business impact, exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to influence and build relationships at all levels. A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset is essential, as is the ability to anticipate the needs of the CTO and the technology team.
