About the Role

The role requires a deep understanding of cultural sensitivity and the ability to influence and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Operational excellence in data and insight-led HR functions is essential, as is the ability to shape and deliver a strategic vision for the future of the workforce. The ideal candidate will hold a Fellowship of CIPD or an equivalent HR qualification and be adept at modernizing HR services to meet the needs of a distributed workforce.
