RESPEC seeks an early career Water Resources Engineer located in our Castroville or San Antonio, TX, locations.

Job DescriptionRESPEC , a nationally recognized engineering consulting company seeks an early career individual to provide project engineering services at our Castroville or San Antonio, Texas, locations. The candidate will be involved with all types of planning, design, and specialty services related to the civil and water resources engineering field.

Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
