Danfoss is seeking a 4th Shift CNC Machinist for our Van Wert, OH plant. This role includes setting up machines, gauging, validating programs, and operating machine tools to carry out a sequence of precise, repetitive machining tasks. You will actively contribute to achieving the strategic objectives established by yourself, the facility, and Danfoss. Danfoss is offering up to a $15,000. Sign on Bonus based on CNC verifiable experience.
What You'll Be Doing \n - Be available to fill in on the line when necessary
\n - Coordinate and prioritize activities for the team
\n - Keep information boards up-to-date daily
\n - Audit colleagues on the line, drive 5S in the area
\n - Should motivate and support employees throughout the day

What We're Looking For \n - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
\n - Assembly experience required
\n - Ability to communicate verbally and understand written instructions
\n - Ability to perform basic mathematics
\n - Understands and can explain the 8 types of Waste and 10 Lean Principles
