We're looking for an experienced and motivated Coffee Shop Manager to join our team and help lead our business to the next level. As the Coffee Shop Manager, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming environment for our customers and overseeing the daily operations of the café. Job Responsibilities Leadership & Management: Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of baristas and staff to ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations. Customer Service: Ensure the highest quality of customer service by maintaining a friendly, approachable attitude, and resolving any customer concerns promptly and professionally. Inventory & Ordering: Manage inventory levels, ensure products are stocked, and order supplies when needed. Financial Management: Assist with cash handling, register management, and tracking sales to ensure profitability. Training & Development: Train new hires, provide ongoing support and development to team members, and ensure they follow health and safety standards. Team Collaboration: Maintain a positive and productive work environment while fostering team collaboration. Scheduling & Staffing: Create weekly staff schedules, ensuring that the café is properly staffed during peak and off-peak hours. Requirements Experience: Proven experience as a Coffee Shop Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food and beverage industry. (At least 2-3 years preferred) Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish is required to ensure clear communication with staff and customers. Full-Time Availability: This is a full-time position with flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining high standards of customer service. Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
