Duties: Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts including Manufacturing Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Sales Broker Agreements, Raw Material Supply Agreements, Packaging Supply Agreements, Equipment Leases, Equipment Purchase Agreements, and Product Purchase and Sale/Supply Agreements. Provide legal guidance and support to clients on complex contract matters. Work collaboratively with other attorneys and professionals across multiple offices. Manage a significant portfolio of responsibilities and projects, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables. Foster strong client relationships and maintain a client-focused approach. Contribute to pro bono and public service initiatives as part of the firm’s commitment to social responsibility. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts. A portable book of business is required. In-depth understanding of contract law, risk management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse industries. Strong academic credentials and a proven track record of delivering exceptional legal services. Ability to manage individual responsibilities and handle multiple projects efficiently.
