Commercial Real Estate Closing Assistant Blasingame, Burch, Garrard & Ashley, P.C. has an opening for an experienced commercial real estate closing assistant. Principal duties include, but are not limited to, organizing and coordinating commercial real estate sale and loan closings. This position is for the Athens, GA office location. It is a full-time position and not available for remote work. As a Commercial Real Estate Closing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth and efficient closing of commercial real estate transactions. Working closely with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and clients, you will ensure that all necessary documentation and tasks are completed accurately and on time. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in managing various aspects Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial or residential real estate transactions preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and real estate closing software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Real estate closing experience preferred.
