Job Description
We are a well-established and respected commercial roofing company, of nearly 30 years, based in central Pennsylvania. We offer competitive salaries, bonus opportunities, full (company paid) health benefits, 401K (with match), and growth opportunities.
We have an immediate need for a skilled Commerical Roofing Estimator/Project Manager, with at least 5 years of experience, to join our team. The Commerical Roofing Estimator/Project Manager will play a key role in our construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, project management, and cost control.
We offer competitive wages; based on experience (up to $80K), and an excellent benefit package including paid time off, health insurance, dental, vision and life (fully paid by company). Annual bonuses, and company vehicle/gas card provided, based on production and profits. Central Pennsylvania experience is preferred, not required; however, must be commutable to New Cumberland, PA.
Duties:
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure competitive pricing
- Collaborate with the construction management team to develop project budgets
- Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process
- Visit construction sites to assess progress and address any cost-related issues
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator/Project Manager
- Strong ability to negotiate contracts and pricing
- Knowledge of construction site operations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating tools
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management
- Familiarity with contract management processes
- Ability to build strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors
