Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or social media promptly and professionally.
• Develop and distribute press releases, media statements, and public announcements.
• Maintain and update company content on websites and social platforms.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to inform communication strategies.

Brand Management:

• Ensure all communication materials align with brand guidelines and tone.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist in creating presentations, reports, and other communication materials for stakeholders.

Crisis Management:

• Support the development and execution of crisis communication plans.
• Provide accurate and timely information during crises to maintain trust and transparency.

Qualifications:
