Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Seattle, Washington and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do Drive software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; provide application analysis to meet software architecture and infrastructure goals. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams, and identify changes in scope. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analyses and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.
• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing design thinking and product management methodologies to provide software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Life Science and Healthcare industries;
• Researching user reported issues with software systems, identifying root causes and resolutions, and implementing fixes by leveraging Agile Software Development methodology, ServiceNow, and Atlassian Jira;
• Tracking implementation defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details through use of Jira and Confluence to manage test scripts, test plans and cases, log defects, and generate test execution;
• Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress by employing Scrum principles and Sprint planning using Microsoft (MS) Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira;
• Working across all phases of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to design, develop, test, and implement Cloud solutions for enterprise-level clients;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing product roadmaps, requirements and user stories, product design and development through Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD), as well as using Git, Jira, MS Excel, and Figma;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders through use of Jira, MS Excel, and Presentations; and
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future state and to-be systems, processes, and environments, utilizing Figma, Mural, and Jira.
Other Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $138,174.00 - $208,250.00.
