How you will make an impact as an Contact Center Coordinator:

  • Exhibit Best in Class Customer Service with validation, active listening, use of first names, and repeat understanding of concerns/statements
  • Answers patient questions for appointment scheduling, general billing, taking a payment, explanation of ADVENT processes, ADVENT’s purpose and why, Breathing Triangle solutions
  • Document concise phone and appointment notes in EHR
  • Complete Patient registration and activation fully with use of EHR and registration software for all demographics, contact information, insurance, Patient portal setup, and information/record requirement communication
  • Determine Patient insurance status and guide out-of-pocket costs by working with appropriate teams, communicate with patient and document appropriately in EHR
  • Attain performance metrics

What we're looking for in an Contact Center Coordinator:

  • Best in Class Customer Service experience
  • Experience working with customers over the phone highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills: verbal/written, listening, and building rapport with fluency in English
  • Excellent skills in ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention-to-detail and accuracy in work
  • Excellent skills in typical office applications, such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams and Outlook
