JOB DESCRIPTION :
The local candidates
The candidate should be comfortable for in-person interview
Candidate should be comfortable working onsite day 1
Candidate should be comfortable working from his own laptop
Project Planning and Execution: Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets; defining project scope, goals, and deliverables; and managing resources effectively.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate project status, and address any issues.
Team Management: Leading and managing cross-functional project teams, including functional/business analysts, developers, and technical infrastructure teams.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, and developing contingency plans.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and that the system is integrated and deployed successfully.
Documentation: Maintaining project documentation and ensuring proper communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Staying Current: Staying up to date with SAP best practices and methodologies.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills: Strong understanding of SAP modules and methodologies, excellent leadership and communication skills, and project management skills.
