About Us

Integral Psychological Services is a dynamic and compassionate mental health practice committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care. We serve a diverse population across Michigan and are currently seeking a licensed or limited licensed Child Therapist to join our growing team. This position offers a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to provide services both in-person (Traverse City) and via telehealth.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist who is passionate about working with both individuals and couples. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting clients through a wide range of relational and individual concerns, with a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches. This position focuses on providing therapeutic services only—no diagnostic testing or clinical assessments are required.

This is a full-time role offering flexibility in schedule, setting (in-person, telehealth, or hybrid), and clinical focus.

Please note: This position does not require participation in team meetings or case consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy to individuals (child, adolescents, adult) and couples
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and practice standards
• Collaborate with other providers when clinically appropriate
• Engage in continued professional development

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Michigan license (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, or LP required)
• Experience providing therapy to both individuals and couples (required)
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Comfort using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Passion for culturally competent, inclusive, and trauma-informed care
