We’re excited to be hiring a Creative Project Manager to join the Creative Team at AS Beauty. You’ll be an essential part of operations, assisting in the Project Management and Production for our five major beauty brands: Cover FX, Bliss, Laura Geller Beauty, Julep Beauty, and Mally Beauty. We’re looking for someone capable to assist in the planning, coordinating, and executing various projects within our organization. You must have an eye for detail, work well under pressure, and be able to adapt quickly. Salary Range : $55,000 - $75,000 Annually

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate logistics for projects. Shadow PM on important meetings, taking notes, and sending out action item emails. Assist PM in ensuring that all aspects of a project are organized in Asana and are in alignment with timeline and deliverable requirements. Track incoming project requests and ensure that the request is accurate. Work seamlessly with other sales channels to ensure that all projects are briefed and ready to be approved by the PM. Communicate with the Copy Team to ensure their respective projects are briefed properly and timelines are approved by the Copy lead. Collaborate with the Art Direction team on deadlines and project information. Collaborate with the Post Production team on deadlines and project information. Coordinate with various team members to communicate and problem solve issues as they arise. Manage Video Team projects and deadlines Assist with asset management and delivery to sales channels.

PRE - PRODUCTION

Shadow Sr. Producer on important meetings, take notes, and send out action item emails. Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange meetings and prepare agendas. Prepare and organize production materials, equipment, and supplies as needed. Collaborate with the Art Direction team on logistics. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of product samples and materials. Place sample orders and perform quality checks on products to ensure that they meet brand and photoshoot standards. Assist in troubleshooting production issues and proposing solutions. Keep accurate records and track receipts/spending with production budget in mind. Perform general administrative tasks to support the production team as needed. Assist in creating call sheets.

POST - PRODUCTION

Work with Sr. Producer/PM and sales team to create timelines and deliverables for new model photography rollout. Assist Sr. Producer by tracking the model usage and ensuring all information is up to date. Assist with asset management and delivery to talent’s agents.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Must have the ability to work in-house at our offices in NYC (this is not a freelance position) Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field 2 or more years of experience in Project Coordination or Production Proficiency in Asana and/or other Project Management tools Experience in coordinating teams and/or clients Skilled in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Microsoft/Google Suite Knowledge of Dropbox or other digital asset management tools Highly collaborative with an excellent work ethic to produce deliverables within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Highly adaptable Excellent written and verbal communication skills
