Overview Creative Project Manager at Bombas. Bombas is a comfort focused premium basics brand with a mission to help those in need. The company launched in 2013 to donate a pair of socks for every pair sold, and has since expanded into underwear and t-shirts while continuing to donate and innovate. About the Job The Creative Project Manager reports directly to the Creative Director and serves as a central point between the Creative team and other departments to ensure creative projects are completed successfully. This role is a cross-functional collaborator responsible for improving processes and infrastructure for the entire creative department, with emphasis on working with the wholesale, sourcing and packaging, and production and sample departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and has strong time‑management skills, with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and adapt to changing business needs. This role will be based at the Bombas HQ in New York City, depending on specific job requirements. Responsibilities Project manage creative requests from various departments, with a focus on the email, website, and production teams. Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure proper resourcing and operational efficiency. Liaise with cross-functional teams to clarify scope, goals, timelines and priorities; translate requests into creative briefs. Monitor timelines to ensure on-time delivery at high quality. Provide transparency on project status to stakeholders and keep everyone informed of progress. Foster relationships between teams by advancing processes, planning resources, adjusting schedules, and addressing open issues early. Improve and iterate on project management tools and processes within the Creative department to streamline workflow. What you’ll bring 2-4+ years of project management experience, ideally in a creative team or with creative departments (agency or in-house). Strong communication skills across internal and external contacts. Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Compensation and Terms The pay range at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $95,000 per year. Base pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need. The total rewards package may include bonuses, equity targets, and additional benefits.
