Job Description:
As a Project Manager in our agency, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing and creative projects. You will work closely with our creative, technical, and marketing teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high client satisfaction and supporting our team in achieving their best work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning and scoping to final delivery and post-project evaluation.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
Monitor and report on project performance, identifying and resolving any obstacles or risks that may arise.
Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
Implement and maintain project management best practices and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and to celebrate successes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital marketing or creative services environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software (Clickup).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
