CREATIVE SERVICES MANAGER II
Advertising Manager
This position is responsible for leading a team (agency partners and/or peers) that develops brand communications and advertising strategies for assigned initiatives and overseeing campaign-level execution to ensure efforts meet plan goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience:
Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc.): Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledgeable of Adobe Acrobat.
What does a typical day look like? Brand and creative reviews, sharing work with legal, providing feedback to creative partners, driving cross-team collaboration and alignment with different agency partners, getting alignment with leadership on recommendations, and working with the Sponsorship team on creative asks for different Entertainment properties.
Preferred background/prior work experience? Ad Agency or Creative Development for Brand Sponsorships
Priority soft skills: Communication skills, adaptability and flexibility, problem-solving and critical thinking, collaboration and teamwork, time management, creativity and innovation, work ethic and responsibility, networking and relationship building, cultural awareness and diversity sensitivity, self-motivation, and initiative.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Duration: ASAP to start, to run for 6 months, with chance to extend.
Daily Schedule: M-F, 40 hours a week, no OT anticipated.
Location: Role is hybrid onsite in either Bellevue, WA or Frisco, TX.
Hardware: Client to provide.
Onboarding requirements: Resource requires US citizenship. Client also requires a background check.
