RedCloud seeks a Creative Studio Project Manager to support immediate client operations. Overview We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and removes barriers to keep projects moving without sacrificing quality. This role is responsible for managing the successful development of creative content across campaigns, product launches, social media, brand systems, and digital assets. You will partner closely with creative teams, marketing stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure work is delivered on time, aligned to strategy, and impactful. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and project management skills, strategic thinking ability, relationship-building strengths, and superior communication skills. You must be able to clearly articulate creative thinking and connect creative decisions to business goals and strategy. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Define project objectives, success criteria, and key deliverables. Build and maintain detailed project schedules with milestones and dependencies. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, large-scale creative campaigns and brand systems. Simplify and manage complex projects for clarity and efficiency. Communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment across stakeholders. Anticipate risks, resolve bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business and creative priorities. Delegate tasks effectively and track timely delivery. Manage stakeholder expectations and anticipate workload and resourcing needs. Influence and drive alignment across different levels of the organization. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 5+ years of experience in creative project management or production, ideally in an agency or in-house studio setting. Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools. Proven track record managing creative workflows for brand and social media. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Understanding of creative processes for digital, social, motion, and UX design. Ability to manage multiple projects independently with sound decision-making skills. Experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to strategically leverage them for efficiency. You are driven, organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and positive. You thrive under pressure, juggle competing priorities with ease, and approach challenges with humor and grace. Compensation range for position is $140,000 – 156,000 DOE. RedCloud requires employees have the legal ability to work in the United States during their employment period. During onboarding, proof of eligibility to work in the United States will be requested.
