We are looking for an experienced CRM Administrator / Developer to join our team in Danielson, CT. This role is 100% on site.

As a CRM Administrator / Developer, you will:

• Provide technical knowledge, design and support related to SPIROL's CRM system (Salesforce).

• Ensure that the right technological solutions are implemented, aligning with the global business needs, and frequently elicit feedback from users to ensure these solutions remain effective and user-friendly.

• Engage with different business units, gather requirements and understand their operational challenges.

• Work collaboratively with the CRM Business Analyst, business users and other IT team members to design, implement and refine IT solutions that are in alignment with business goals and objectives.

The successful candidate should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience in software development, technical implementations or business management.

• 5+ years of experience in a leading Salesforce technical support and development role, with demonstrated experience handling advanced-level issues.

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, Administrator, CRM Analytics for Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Agreements and Forecasting preferred.

• Possess a firm grasp of modern technologies and possess a proven track record in continuous improvement, process optimization, data analytics and visualization, and stakeholder collaboration.
